This is Juan Capilla, CEO of Plutos Network
I'm a graduate of Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.
I’m a serial entrepreneur in both traditional financial industry and cryptocurrencies. It's been around 6 years since I started to trade cryptos.
I run my own head office as a full-time swing trader dealing with cryptos, financial and derivative products including stocks, options etc.
Besides trading financial products and cryptos, I’m also an Advisor to several companies listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB of Spain).

So the first question is, Can you please introduce your project and the problems you want to solve / Solutions you are proposing?And also What is Plutos usecase and future vision?

In short, Plutos Network is a multi-chain synthetic issuance & derivative trading platform which introduces mining incentives and Staking rewards to users.
Through our services, users will be able to mint and trade synthetic assets in our platform. They can also stake and mint to farm PLUT tokens, which is the incentive mechanism that we introduced. Compared with other like platforms, Plutos Network is a multi-chain platform which offers better scalability, faster transaction, industrial-low Collateral ratio and above all the best trading experience without slippage but the best liquidity.
Our future vision is that we aim to become the best synthetic platform which all users can use in terms of synthetic assets. We will build Plutos Network into a platform of DeFi synthetic hub.

Can you explain the tokenomics of your project? What benefits do our members get from holding your token $PLUT? And also tell us what are the benefits of $PLUT.

Yeah, let me explain the tokenomics
PLUT is our original platform token. It empowers the whole system, which is used to pay for the transaction fees and synthetic issuance services and also for the deposits of any on-chain applications.
Besides, the PLUT holders will be able to vote on proposals from the community and even decide how the ecosystem fund will be used in Plutos Network.
So PLUT token is more like the blood that runs through the whole system and empowers it. The major utilities include: Commission, Reward and DAO Governance.

Currently where are $PLUT available to purchase? Are you planning to list your token in any exchange in the near future?

Yes, we have finalized with a top CEX and listing is projected to be around the end of this month.

So for the 4th question this evening,
What are the most important partnerships you have and what are future partnerships you are planning to establish? Will Plutos expand to other chains?
JUAN CAPILLA( CEO OF PLUTOS NETWORK):
As a multi-chain synthetic platform, for sure we will be integrating the leading chains such as Terra, Polygon, Avanlanche etc, as long as the integrations will help with improvements of the product and also help community building.
We are happy to see many partners joining Plutos ecosystem and co-building with us. We have partnered with leading public chains such as Solana, Elrond, Public Mint, Zilliqa; oracle such as Chainlink for real-time off-chain and on-chain price feedings; middle-layer protocol such as Cellframe; DeFi protocols such as UniLend, Larix, PolkaCipher; security firms such as CertiK and PeckShield.
In the future, we will be expanding our business development in various key markets including South Asia, as the most important way for user acquisition. We are planning partnerships with more protocols and projects which can co-build with us, and also local communities and partners for business development.

Can you introduce some unique features of Plutos and what advantages it has against current competitors such as Mirror, Synthetix?

Sure, before I do, let me share a table which can explain better than me.

The limitations facing the current market of crypto synthetic platforms are the results of Ethereum’s defects such as high gas fee, low transaction speed etc. By integrating Solana, BSC, Polkadot and other leading chains, Plutos will be able to offer a solution and provide the best trading experience for users.
Also, thanks to the background of the team working in traditional financial industry and trading, we are able to introduce the industrial-low C-ratio based on the algorithms that we have.
Another feature is that Plutos applies both on-chain and off-chain oracle feedings to make sure that we have the best and real-time data feeding to minimize the possibility of slippage.
Also, we are able to offer users a larger variety of synthetic assets including cryptos, stocks, commodities etc.

What can you tell us about the members of your team and their previous work experiences?
JUAN CAPILLA( CEO OF PLUTOS NETWORK):
Most of the core members are traders, blockchain developers and trading system developers.
Our CTO is Leon, whose Blockchain-based development experience includes working on quantitative trading tools, and research about new methods and services that can be applied to decentralized finance, integrating the well tested mainstream financial industry into developing DeFi space.
We have a team of 15 developers located in Beijing. Also Leon is leading a small team of 3 here in Spain.
Our CMO worked for top centralized exchanges, also a veteran in cryptos.
We have two amazing Advisors: Lester Lim, Founder of X21 and Charlie Chen, former CMO of Troy, Binance Launchpad project. Charlie also works as our project lead.
